Paddle SaaS Starter Kit is commercial software provided by Namah. By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using this software, you agree to these terms.

License

A purchased license allows the licensed customer to use the software for building and operating their own applications. Each license is valid for one developer unless otherwise specified.

Restrictions

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, republication, or redistribution of the source code is prohibited without written permission from Namah. Creating competing starter kits, boilerplates, templates, SDKs, or developer products derived from this software is also prohibited.

Product Access

After purchase, customers receive a license key that unlocks premium CLI commands. Namah may revoke licenses associated with refunds, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.

The software is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Namah is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, or losses caused by implementation, hosting, third-party services, or payment provider configuration.
